All baptized Catholics living a Christian lifestyle can answer the call to ministries that reflect their gifts and charisms. It is our hope that all parishioners will accept their call from God to share their time, talents, and treasures with the Christian community and serve the Body of Christ. In scheduling lay liturgical ministers, we attempt to match your service with the Mass that you normally attend and with family members who may be serving in our weekend and Holy Day liturgies.
Other parish ministries that are always in need of helpers are also listed here. If you would like to share in any of these ministries, please contact the Parish Office.
Assisting parents in the sharing and teaching the faith to our youth is one of the primary reasons for a parish's existence. If you would like to assist in this important ministry, please contact our Religious Education Office. To be a teacher you must know the basics of the Catholic faith and be living a Christian lifestyle.
Every year we have several people who are interested in learning more about and possibly joining the Catholic Church. Our RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) program is aimed at helping these inquirers grow in faith and in the knowledge of the teachings of the Church. Can you share your time and faith with these inquirers by coming to our weekly RCIA sessions and celebrations, as well as praying for them on their journey of faith. If you are a confirmed Catholic living a Christian lifestyle, this witnessing opportunity may be your call.

Perhaps you can: Aiding parishioners through Saint Vincent DePaul, answering the phones at Bridge City/Orangefield Ministerial Alliance, sorting and distributing clothes and food at Orange Christian Service, or serving a hot meal at Catholic Charities "Hospitality Center" in Port Arthur.
