Fr. Jim opened the meeting with a prayer.

President, Jerry Mambretti reviewed the draft of the Parish Assessment Committee report with all members present.

All members present voted to use the stained glass picture for the cover of the report.

We are also going to add a picture of the Religious Education Building at the conclusion of the report.

The final draft revisions will be mailed to the Parish Council by September 5, 2000.

The final draft will be presented to the Parish Council at the workshop to be held on Sunday, September 10, 2000 at 3:00 p.m. by Jerry Mambretti and Sam Lucia.

Fr. Jim asked for persons we would like to recommend to be a part of the building committee such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other crafts.

THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PARISH ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2000 AT 6:30 P.M.  PLEASE NOTIFY FR. JIM IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND.
